PS: one method for breaking destructive loops is substituting healthier loops. Next time you feel stuck, try this technique, which I call 3-3-3: (1) notice three heartbeats (2) notice three breaths (3) notice three sounds. Then, notice how you feel. I bet you'll feel less stressed, more centered, and at least a tad happier.
